Is it possible to provide free pendulum dowsing sessions for people online much in the same way that people provide free tarot reading sessions?

yes. works best though if you have a picture of the person/situation to help your focus

however i wouldn't recommend it unless the person has had a great deal of experience as well as proven results. it can take a while to get a pendulum to work accurately for you

Oh, no worries! :)

A lot of people either don't know what they or are very unfamiliar with them and have never used one before. I tend to think that's the trend in why there isn't a whole ton of pendulum discussions and forums on the net in general.
