play a musical instrument? I don't because I'm tone deaf, but I admire those who do!

I do! Well at least I used to and kinda still do. I took piano lessons for 6 yrs. when I was younger and then took a year of violin. Now I play every once in awhile, but forgot a lot of stuff. Trying to get back into it, because it relaxes me, but re-learning some things is very stressful, especially without a teacher. I'm hoping to teach myself to play the sax and the flute one of these days!

Silvermoon that is so cool, I used to play the piano as a kid as well, but never pursued it nor anyother instrument.

Oh, I used to play the violin too! But I stopped... I forget why... Well, anyhow, I'm learning the drums as of now, and it's HELLA fun.

I played the sax in band and the clarinet too but i just talked to my band teacher about switching to drums. Also, i'm putting all of my money into two boxes. one for wiccan stuff and one for a guitar. i've played a little on my brothers but when i moved, he sold it so yeah. Oh, and my mom dated this guy who lived in this killer bachlor pad and one of the guys he lived with had this huge drum set in the basement and they tried to teach me to play a little but 5 year olds don't have the best attention spands.

coolie feature, a little hectic maybe though.
I play precision in band cause, well, my fingers don’t work very good. I stumble over all of my notes too much.

I don't, but my lil bro thinks I should play guitar. Can't read music, so I would end up just plucking random strings until it sounds good. Maybe I should take notes next time...

Dude, once you have the notes and what they are in front of you, it'll soon be as natural as reading words... seriously!

I've been doing the whole music thing pretty much my whole life, shifting from one set of intrument and musical style to another... for now I've settled on black metal, but that may very well change in the future. Music in general has become a sort of spiritual thing, it can almost be like meditation. Would it be possible to use other intruments besides drums for rituals? Guitars?
