MM Blessed,

Welcome to the forums! :welcome:

If you're sick I would advice against doing any magic and/or energy work. If you have a cold or flu there are many things that can help your body fight it. But you didn't specify, so I'm just assuming it's a virus?

whats the best way to help my body fight it? to boost my immune system if you will??

I'm really into naturopathic medicine, but I do seek regualr medical attention if necessary.

Any advice on home remedies/foods/diet supplements would be appreciated

Food Thereapy:

Eat: fresh garlic, cayenne, horseradish, curry, foods high in vitamic C. Drink plenty of fluids such as herbal tea, diluted vegetable juice, soups (miso for vegetarians or chicken if your not).

Nutritional Supplements:

Vitamin B Complex- take as directed

Vitamin C - Beginning at the fist sign of symptoms, take 1,000mg every 2 hours for 3 days (even if you're already sick).

Vitamin A: Same applies as above but take 10,000 IU every 2 hours for 3 days, and for future reference, you can take 7 tablets at night before going to bed. The high dose will stop the cold from starting.

Calcium Lactate: Take 200mg every 4 hours for 3 days, and at the first sigh of symptoms.

Zinc: 30mg, don't exceed that daily, you can also take it in a losenge form like Cold Ease.

Crystals:

Peridot and sulfur. Place stone at the site of distress and leave on for 5 min while visualizing your health goal. Do this 3 times daily, and carry it in your pocket for ongoing health.

Don't forget to wash your hands frequently and aviod caffeine such as soda or coffee. And get plenty of rest and stay warm!

Hope you feel better soon!!! :rubberducky:

lol, I get all my "sick" info from this great book I have called "Natural Medicine First Aid Remedies" by Stephanie Marohn. I totally recommend it.
