Hello
I am new here and, honestly, fascinated by all the information I can read about! I'm not only new here, but I am still learning and absorbing all I can about magick and wicca/pagan.
I do have a question, and forgive me if I posted this in the wrong location (and perhaps direct me in the right direction) . . .
I have been having stomach/abdominal problems for years that span from extremely painful cramping to sharp, pin pointed pains, etc. The worst of it is within the intestine area and I am curious . . .
Are there any suggestions towards herbs or stones or anything I can look into doing to at least ease the pain?

MM Lady Adhara,
You posted in the right place. Have you seen a doctor about this? I don't really know what advice to give you without knowing the condition. It sounds like it could be an ulcer?

Yes - I am currently on my, I think, 4th doctor to try and get to the bottom of this . . . I know I may not find an actual cure through alternative methods - but if I could do something to help it along, or even find hope, I would be happy.
I am currently being treated for an ulcer - two more months on my 30mg of PrevAcid. I am also supposed to be taking Zelnorm for my intestines - however, I took a half pill the other night and the next day I had to leave work from the severity of my lower abdominal pain. I can't say that it was the medicine's fault so my doctor wants me to continue - I'm going to start again tomorrow night since I do not work over the weekend and do not have to fear abandoning anyone (work or school) due to my aillments.
Other than that, I have found that the worse my mood is, the more frequent my lower-abdomen cramping becomes - this is especially increased with anxiety (nervous, excited, worried, etc.) or caffine. The days where I am happy and in a good mood and things go my way, I seem to be in less pain, if any.
I have changed my diet - I do not drink caffine, tea being my only intake and that is an extreme rarity. I do my best to stay away from chocolate and candy. I eat only 'healthy' fast food (salads, noodles, less grease or healthier oil alternatives - NEVER Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, etc.) when I am hungry and need food in a pinch. I stay away from anything too greasey, fatty, junky, etc. (This makes my friend's outings to places such as Village Inn or Denny's very difficult ^^) I don't smoke - I don't drink (Which, for a 21 year old, can be difficult around 'peer pressure' Ha Ha Ha)
I had my gull bladder taken out this past September. The symptoms I described were perfect for a bad gull bladder - it was true. I believe it was only working 19% normally - but my pains are still there . . .
So there is an overview - It isn't that I am not trying to help myself - I think it is obvious that I am - I am just trying to find alternatives that the doctor may not be thinking of because let's face it, they don't know everything.
Thank You ^^

Lady Adhara,
I'm only finding info about ulcers. My research recommends drinking cabbage juice. You can cut it with carrot juice and/or potatoe juice. If you have a juicer, this should be fairly easy to make. Tastes like crap, but poses for lots of benefits, not just with your ulcer/stomach pains.
You say that you're pain is not as severe when you are in a good mood or not stressed out. Are you overly stressed? Maybe some meditation/relaxation techniques are an order?
