Astral Projection

Though I have yet to try/have the experience of Astral Travel, a book that I have been reading and highly recommend for beginners is:

Astral Projection for Beginners, by: Edain McCoy

Edain does a great job in explaining what astral travel is, gives you various helpful techniques to begin experimenting with, and gives insight in what to expect once you are successfully in the astral realm.

Thank you for this recommendation. I've been interested in Astral Projection, but was never keen on any good books about it.

I've also been interested in reading about remote viewing. I have a feeling I can do this, but at the same time I am not sure... because I have never read anything to describe what it is like to experience this. Maybe it's just my imagination? Maybe it's real!
