Believe this is the right area to post this.

Just wonderin because I saw this on another forums. There was an thread on this subject and it has gotten me thinking. It was certain kind of vitamin which I'm not goin to get into on here of course.

Do you take them? If so what do you take if you know off hand and don't worry if you don't.

Is/are there differences in any organic or non organic vitamins?

Have decided to go ahead and to buy those vitamins. Getting tired of just being on EPA or whatever its called then multi one. Hope it works for me.

Vitamins, supplements..can be an excellent way to take care of yourself and help your body function better.

What I have found quite interesting about vitamins is that an individual's nutritional needs, alot like their personality, can vary widely, making some vitamins very important for their health, while others can be rather detrimental.

One book I would highly recommend is "The Edge Effect" by Eric Braverman.

Because of my physiology, I avoid supplements containing Copper, while making sure to get plenty of Vit.C, Multi-B (especially B-6), Gaba, Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc. I absolutely love the "Hair Skin & Nails" multivitamins.

Organic supplements would probably be better for you in some cases, yet what I think would be most important is just to know what you need and read the ingredients thoroughly.

..Sorry if that was too wordy. This is one subject I tend to geek out on.
