Need info on how to construct a Wiccan Group!

Hello everyone my name is Jeffrey. Happy Imbolc. Me and a few friends of mine are building a Wiccan Group here in the Dominican Republic. We are trying to establish the first official Wiccan Group of this Country. I'm searching for tips on how to structure our new group and how to receive help from Wiccan Organizations abroad.
